Stuck in the Gluten!
Starting a diet without gluten and casein for attention deficit problems or just allergies, it is first emptied their closets of any food containing these substances. Gluten is found in grains like wheat, wheat, kamut, rye, barley, spelled, oats .. Casein is found in dairy products.

Meat, poultry and fish dishes.
The confectionery industry and the industrial desserts (ice creams, sorbets, creams ....)
It still remains a wide range of foods as meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, fresh, frozen or canned are allowed. Attention to some canned cooked and the coating of certain vegetables such as potatoes or fried nuts, check the label.
Pastries made "home" without gluten and milk and stewed fruit and salads are allowed. The eggs are allowed.
Banish food industry in general and focus on fresh produce, which is only beneficial to your health!
Beware of added ingredients that may contain gluten such as starch, binder, vegetable protein, as well as thickening the coating of certain medications or dietary supplements.
