The benefits of grapes

The grape is considered good for health. It is a fruit energy, nutritious. But what are its properties and applications.
It is rich in vitamins (A, B, C), polyphenols (antioxidants), flavonoids, trace elements and minerals (magnesium, manganese, zinc and potassium). Antioxidants provide some protection against free radicals and flavonoids have protective properties on the cardiovascular system.
Preferably choose a grape from organic farming because it is healthier, pesticide-free health hazard.
You can eat it plain or in juice or in the form of grape seed oil for cooking.
As part of treatment in the fall it increases the resistance to different winter ailments.

Polyphenols scavenge free radicals responsible for skin aging, and the grapes protects the skin against the effects of time. So you can find in the cosmetics trade or make your personal beauty. Concerning cosmetics purchased commercially, choose those that are paraben free, paraffin, silicone free, no preservatives and no artificial colors.
Cosmetics to concoct yourself:
Lotion that tones and brightens the complexion. Blend of grapes and filter before you apply with a cotton pad. Wait then rinse with water or floral water.
Mask: 4 tablespoons of clay mixed with grape juice and maybe some almond oil, argan .... to leave for fifteen minutes before rinsing.
Massage with grape seed oil for regenerative and restructuring virtues.
You can just cut a grain in half and apply the fruit directly on the skin, leave on and rinse.
